Horrible daycare Centre. Very dirty and poorly maintained. My daughter was sick every single week after going here ( along with all the other children). The owner is very rude and will do everything to avoid talking to parents when a major issue comes up. My advice is get another daycare Centre!
I am a proud mother of 2 and both of my kids attend Early Years DC for the last 8 months. I can only say the love and care, the service the entire staff provides day in day out is really one of a kind. You have to be very passionate about kids to work the way they work. Rooms are spotless, on-site cooking always fresh and tasty to kids. I had big concern at first as it was first time for my kids to be in DC, but they always listened to my calls and concerns. I honestly can only recommend them.
My twin start early years when they were 3 month old, their infant program is the strength of this daycare. The owner and staff work very hard to improve the environment and service for the kids
This is a wonderful Daycare Centre. The staff is outstanding, always working hard and going beyond expectations. They are fair, and pleasant workers, and the boss and supervisor Larissa and Bahar always work their hardest on achieving beyond expectations. They bring a kind, loving and friendly environment, its a joy to walk into this centre. The cleanliness, organization and anything you think of is perfect here and they are a great staff and a great Daycare Centre.
We love this place! Both my children started at The early years education centre when they were 1 and spent their first 5 years growing and learning until they went to grade 1. Right from the beginning I felt the staffs are truly committed to caring for them and giving them the best possible environment every minute of the day.
The facility itself is beautiful, nothing was spared when building and putting this school together. The classrooms are large and bright, and the indoor gym is fantastic
This Daycare has awful service! Everyday you see a new face in the centre. Teachers are being let go very often, while it was not like this in the past! This is only happening since the ownership changed.The chef was changed a few times, the staff are being changed in an ongoing basis! Nothing is stable! You don't feel secure sending your kids to this centre at all! The office staff are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly! They turn their head around to void saying hi to parents!
This Daycare, the owner and its staff are horrible! Parents be alerted please! Don't waste your money and time and don't trust this business! The new owner of this Daycare has no knowledge about child care education at all. All she is looking for is your money and that's it!!! The food schedule they pretend to be providing is not true! They don't care about your child's well being,comfort and the room cleanliness! When you enter this daycare you can smell the pee/poo all over the centre!
I would absolutely not recommend this Daycare centre to you parents. Please be very cautious of putting your loved ones for care in this centre. Ever since the new owner has come to this centre, they cut down on milk for kids although they still have it in the schedule, they have cut down on French classes etc. This lady and her supervisor Rose Ann have zero customer service skills. Rose Ann doesn't even bother to look at parents and say hi to them... . This business will fail shortly!
Unfortunately, we had to pull our son from the Early Years Brookside campus and recommend that no one send their kids there. The new “owner” Larissa, is absolutely impossible to deal with. She has no experience in the child care field yet she is somehow the owner. When asked about her previous background in child care, she actually said that it doesn’t matter.
