I took my car to the mechanics here to fix a little problem that brought on the engine light, they charged me a lot of money and the problem was never fixed, I took the car back the next day and I was asked to pay extra for them to diagnose the problem again which I paid for on the first visit. I will never recommend their mechanics for anybody.
Bought a car from this dealership in May. Two weeks later took it back for minor repairs. Couple weeks later took it back for more repairs, cost between $400-$500. Last month took it to my garage for more repairs - $300. Couple weeks later took it back to garage for more repairs $1200. This week the clutch fell out. This is gonna cost an additional $1400. Dealer refuses to compensate. Asked if I wanted to trade it in. Their solution is to make more money off me. Don’t buy from this dealer.
Sold ne a suzuki jimny tires looked new asked about them was told they were new drove home 80km and my tires are all weather cracked so make sure you see a sticker cause they don't help you after the fact
Worst dealership ever!!!!! They not only lied to me but they forged my initials on paperwork! When I brought this up with the owner he simply shrugged it off! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! They will lie, forged your initials and don’t stand behind what their sales person promises
We purchased a vehicle through these people in November of last year. We were never given our proper paper work (ie. vehicle permit etc.)then finding out yesterday that the information we have is not even linked to the vehicle like it was supposed to. So we called them and was told that they do not do the vehicle permits which we found odd as we had purchased our mazda 5 through them and they gave us the vehicle permit for that. So something does not add up and we are done with the lies.
