This has to be the most useless management company in Ontario,they don't care about the building the way it looks ,cleaning is never done on a timely basis like common areas ,laundry room ,lobby ,stairwells, hallways they hire useless superintendents, they won't reply or call back if you have any concerns.

They spend money making things look fancy, but don’t bother to fix things properly or in a timely manner. They raise the prices to do laundry, but only 2 out of 9 washers are currently working. People get stuck in the elevators on a daily basis. Elevators which were just “replaced”
