We have visited many Italian reataurants throughout Ontario from Brockville to Niagara Falls, Oshawa to North Bay and Avanti's in Oshawa is number one. Not because we live here, because of the food, the service, the friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness of this establishment. Their Fusilli in Bianco is our favorite. We have dined there many times before Oshawa Generals Hockey games and Shows at the newly renovated Regent Theatre. And we are so proud to mention Avanti's everywhere we go. We live out of the area and normally don't eat at ESM's as we have been bitterly disappointed in the past. Not so at this location! Our experience here put this restaurant back on our radar! Great service, friendly staff (ask for Holly, she's lovely) and the kids were well looked after. Not to mention the ice-cold beer and fresh and tasty food. If you have given up on East Side Mario's don't pass this one up. These guys should show the rest of the chain how it's done! EXCELLENT! Read more
