My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy). I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry.
