When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good. On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy. The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again. Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I make my living by working as a renovator. I have arthritis, which is probably job-related, or due to aging. Recently I cannot work because of my swollen wrist. The bone above my right wrist was almost doubled in size. This caused me great pain, especially when I tried to turn my wrist. Last month I went to see a doctor, and was prescribed Indomethacin (50 mg capsules, 3 times per day, for 3 weeks). The medication did provide me some relief, but it had side effects (mainly stomach upset and nausea). Besides, most of the swollenness was still there. Last Monday I decided to seek acupuncture as an alternative treatment. I found the name Dr. Ivy Pang from Google Search. I have received 4 acupuncture treatments up till now (each session lasting about 80 minutes). So very glad that there are obvious great improvements – in fact I can now turn my wrist freely. Hope to start working sometime next week. Read more
