When asked the location of dried fruit, the associate (a woman I was meeting for the first time) led me to the main location. She had correctly pointed me there, but accompanied me, apparently to check that her information was correct, and on the way I mentioned I was looking for a specialty product (Medjool dates). She left me before my inspection showed that the product was not on aisle 8 but then caught up with me at the friendly checkout with my desired product. Wow--upped Costco big time. Read more
