Kwality Grand Indian Buffet

Not sure what the people have experienced to give this place 5 stars ratings, if you can't get things right on a Saturday evening .. the restaurant needs to shut down. Period. Awful service from start to finish was not good. First of all name needs to be changed as KWALITY gives the feel of good food which is TOTALLY WRONG in this restaurant. No proper service, the food is dried up, over cooked , stale , tasteless and cold. I am giving the place a 1 star because I couldn’t give it a 0 (zero) s

Worst veggie food ever

Attended a 8th birthday last night for a special girl and kwality made it so special ...the food the service was excellent..highly recommend this restaurant ?

Food was delicious. Loved the Chana Bathura. Service was great and fast even though we dine there on peak hour. My first experience at Kwality was with our server Simranjot, she was fantastic. Fabulous experience. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Staff happy to explain dishes to a newbie.
