Today we have visited Glen Gate Walk-in clinic and the lady doctor totally disappointed us. Few things; 1) today she was rude, 2) she was not in listening mode 3) she treated my wife and family like she was doing some big favour to them (Although we pay our medical through our Taxes throughout the year but they treat us like they are doing this job for Free). 2) She gave injection to my daughter without checking her temperature and now my daughter is feeling sick. Not recommended at all.
SHE IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR WITH VAST KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICINE. SHE IS VERY NICE, KIND AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME ANYTIME I VISIT HER CLINIC FOR ONE MEDICAL ISSUE OR THE OTHER. SHE HAS ALWAYS BOOSTED MY HOPE THAT NO MATTER THE SITUATION I AM PRESENTLY FACING, THERE IS ALWAYS A BETTER TOMORROW. I AM VERY THANKFUL TO DR Shenouda
The doctor at this clinic is very rude. She is not very knowledgeable nor can she make a concrete diagnosis. She brushes off patients as quickly as she can. To get a copy of the test results is almost impossible. The front desk staff is also not very helpful. There is no compassion nor sympathy for patients. You are just a number. The only think they care, charge OHIP for your visit. This would be my last resource to seek medical attention.
I called yesterday inquiring about getting a new male family doctor. I was told to come to the clinic at noon today. There is no male doctor and the clinic is not taking new patients. Total waste of my time.
