I am a firm believer in the fact that sometimes things can go wrong, but a true professional makes things right to the customers satisfaction.
The colour on my vehicle was very hard to match, the first time it went in they tried their best but kept me updated as it was being a difficult case. It turned out not to work the first time, but they were very apologetic and let me know they will make it right. They absolutely did. The way they handled a problem is the reason I will make sure to refer!
