I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it. I know for a fact that if a customer is put out for any reason, that he will do what it takes to make his customer happy. This is just my own experience here. Signed Tony the paramedic guy !
Terrible Customer Service, was told to wait two hours for a tint and came back to the tint not even being started on my car. As a business, they should make clients aware if they are delayed and have other things to attend too instead of me waiting around without a car for two hours to find out that I have to wait another few hours for them to get the job done. They need to communicate with the clients so we can come back when the car is ready to be attended to instead of waiting all day.
we do recall this.The car took an extra hour to be done. we did apologize multiple times, offered a discount and the car was ready by 8:00. we did stay in the store until 9:30 for the owner to pick up his car. The store closes at 8:00pm. we stayed behind an hour and half so the owner can have his car back the same day. Doing all of this the owner of the car was happy with the tint, service, price and all. This review is not from the owner, its from a friend who was keeping the owner a company.
