Lakehead Models was opened in October, 2003 with the idea of creating a store for people that share the joy of building, flying, racing or just enjoying scale models. The business has evolved, over the years, based solely upon the requests and needs of the customers. Today it is a comfortable store, like no other, where you can come in and share your experience, enjoy your hobby or introduce your children to a hobby you enjoyed as a child.

Lakehead Model & Collectibles is open Monday through Saturday, serving the needs of model hobbyists and RC enthusiasts. Located at the corner of historic Bay Street and Court Street. Here you will find the largest selection of plastic model cars, tanks, planes and Sci Fi models in Northwestern Ontario.
