This complex is a favorite of mine and my boyfriend's. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. We enjoy the amenities, and the areas are always clean. It's also very dog friendly, which is one of the main reasons we opted to live here.

This is one of the greatest rental apartment apartments in town. When I was looking for a space to get, I was glad there was an empty spot. Landlord was really kind and forthcoming with all pertinent information. I opted to move in straight away because I haven't found anything as good as this place at the fee I was offered.

Uttered threats, very heavy handed company and has no respect for seniors.

Rented a townhouse unit in Grove Estate. Property Manager (Charly) is very nice and professional. Regular maintenance of common areas is done in a timely manner. The place is generally neat and clean, rent is cheaper compared to most of the rental properties in the area. I'm so happy that I found this place.

Very poorly run. completely un-trustworthy. I could go on and write a book of complaints please save yourselves and do not move here

poor customer relation skills - rude and unyielding. do little work yet nitpick on everything else. look elsewhere to have your property managed.

WHAT A NIGHTMARISH COMPANY! I wish I read the reviews before moving into one of their apartments, we asked before moving in if there were bed bugs and cockroach, we were told by the landlord there wasn't after a week I started getting random rashes on my skin. Found out they were bed bugs, they started to do bed bugs spray 3 months later, in the last month and half, we moved our furniture 5 times for three bed bug spray and two K9 inspection. We have never dealt with filth like this ever!
