Naiad did a great job on my irrigation system. They’ve always helped me with the blow out and spring activation. If I ever had an issue they would assist with the issue and be quite reasonable with their pricing. I would definitely go with them again if I require another irrigation system.
Ive used them for both annual and repair services and the work has always been done properly and on time and at a competitive price. Every employee Ive dealt with has been fantastic.
I was a new customer to Naiad this year. With the early snow, I thought I would miss out on my fall maintenance. As soon as enough of the snow melted, they were at my house and got the job done. The service was excellent, booking and confirming appointments super easy. Prices were also very reasonable. I will be a loyal customer going forward!
We had our system installed by another company, but when it came time to service, they were never available. One call to Naiad, and they showed up when they said would, listened to our issues, and we have used them ever since
