Remarkably expensive. Parts quoted for repair were 3x's what I eventually paid retail at an autoparts outlet. The estimates for work were just silly ( eg. $180 to replace four spark plugs on a 4 cyl GMC.). I will avoid.
There are dozens of sparkplugs for most cars including this one. We do not put in cheap sparkplugs. By putting in top quality plugs, they last 2 - 3 times as long and you have a slightly better running car with slightly better fuel economy. The labour on this is $65.00 and really good spark plugs. It's part of our philosophy about caring about your car. ie. an oil change, we use a premium, industrial grade filter that costs us double what the popular brands cost and semi-syn oil for $44.00.

I just had the lug nuts fixed on my daughters car. They quoted me 15 min to an hour max to fix so I agreed. During the service I heard a lot of bad things about the service there from patients and a coworker. I got the bill and it was for 3 hours of service. Took this to other mechanics and then said NO WAY it would take 3 hours ( which I already know ) !! Thank God I was warned ahead of time to not give them my Visa #. Will be on the phone to the better business bureau tomorrow?SAD
On your vehicle the entire front hub had to be completely removed from the car because the lug nuts are pressed in from the back. The speed sensor also had to be disconnected. Most often the wheel bearing needs to be replaced when this is done and we saved the wheel bearing, hence saving you over $200 in cost. We have a 97 percent customer satisfaction rate so I do not know why hearsay from coworkers who are not customers is a valid point. Complaint was resolved with the customer.

I was very disappointed in $400 total detailing package. The engine was not done. The enterior was not shampooed only spot cleaned and they missed half the spots. The most disappointing was the exterior which was promised a heavy cut to remove the faded paint. This was not done and the paint was still very faded. Basically I received a wash and wax with a vacuuming and the odd stop cleaned. I had the oil changed but the filter is dripping oil, also had a suspension part installed no complaints.
I am sorry you're not happy. Glad that the suspension work was right. There was no mention of the oil drip and we would've happily looked at it and fixed it. When you picked up your vehicle you were happy with the int. detailing. We did discuss the exterior and we thought we had explained that where the wrap/stickers had been for 7 years covering half the car, you could clearly see that it was 2 shades of paint. Sticker residue can be removed but not paint. We successfully bring back most paint.
