This home has it all!! We spent a week in the home with my husband, daughter and myself, it was perfect. Located so close to the lake, in a quiet neighborhood the home has plenty of room and the backyard incredible. We had family visit us there and commented on the great place. I would recommend Karin and her properties to anyone!

Hospitality at its best ....
I have recently had the privilege of staying in one ofthe Lakeview Homes in Nanaimo. It definitely was not by accident that I chose this facility, as I had in the past had the pleasure of staying at the Whitehouse on Long Lake on several occasions in the past which was owned by Karin. I thought the service, accommodations, friendliness could not get any better than the Whitehouse. Then I was once again amazed at the homes at Lakeview. Karin and her staff exceeded my expectations. The house was immaculate, warm and inviting, a place where I could leave work behind and just absorb everything this area had to offer. The dock was perfect to sit at and have a picnic lunch. Watching the rowers in the morning was fantastic. I saw a beaver making it’s way up the lake, and even had a quick glance at an eagle. I was deeply saddened when my vacation came to an end and I had to go back to reality. Karin’s smile and hospitality takes second place to none. I will return next summer.

Excellent accommodation
Lakeside was a great home for us to stay at while on a golfing trip. The view was fantastic, so close to the lake, the house was a treat after our long days on the golf course. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck at night, having a BBQ, The location was so close to everything. The home is well maintained and very clean. Thanks for everything. See you in September. Lakeview was outstanding
I have had the pleasure of staying at Lakeview Homes in two different properties. Both were excellent central locations, the homes was beautiful and well maintained. The close proximity to the lake was enjoyed by my family and easy access. I appreciated the prompt service and friendly staff. The price was very reasonable for the accommodation provided.
