Hayward sent their "expert" to check our pool heater out. When they came the technician was extremely rude! He basically told us what was happening was out fault. Just told us we needed a bigger meter for our house. After this we got a second technician to come and do everything to what GasFix told us to do. It still did not work. After that GasFix did not pick our phone up and refused to come back...... DO NOT RECCOMEND
various other gas fireplace service outfits looked at our fire place and stated that no repair is possible and only a new fireplace will do. Seen an ad in the Mississauga News and called. A young man looked at the unit and fixed within an hours. Needless to say we were impressed to see such terrific service.We too run a travel agency (Barrett-Carlysle Travel) where good service is an absolute must.
