I was waiting to see the doctor almost 2 1/2 hours. I finally walked out. Had other places I needed to be. This is the second time I had an appointment there and the wait was just as long as the last time. The office staff is overbooking. It is unreasonable and unfair to patients to have them wait that long.

He is always late 2+Hrs and has the bedside manner of a Dr who has a god complex! His staff is worse rude and disrespectful to seniors when they question why he is running so far behind! I was given a refill 2 months ago and when I called today (during Covid lock down) I was told I need a new referral to be able to see him because it’s been over 2 yrs! How is that if they gave me a refill so recently! Find a different endocrinologist if you can it will be better for you in the long run
