J’ai acheté chez vous un homard de une livre et demie il était bien cuit mais il manquait beaucoup de saveur dans sa chair , il était fade comme si on avait pas mis suffisamment de sel dans la cuisson. Ce n’est pas la première fois que cela arrive peut-être auriez-vous un intérêt à vérifier la recette pour cuire des homard de plus d’une livre pour qu’il ait sa saveur typique. Read more
