We stayed at the Motel in Summer of 2015 and had a great time. Dom's restaurant was very tasty and well priced for our group. The little things like a delicious breakfast are appreciated in starting a great day at Wasaga. The great thing is that this spot is a little quieter for when you actually want to sleep, as opposed to busier places with lots of noise. We used the picnic table for the adults to have a few drinks before going out for the night. We would definitely come again.

Motel is very clean with plenty of parking. The lady who runs it takes pride in keeping her rooms and bedding spotless and her gardens tidy. The premium rooms have queen size beds while the others are doubles. Internet access is free and a restaurant is located just down the road. Overall a good choice for staying in the Lake Simco/Jackson point area

Midland is a great town but can get expensive, especially if you are staying for a long time (vacation). My family and I were browsing motels in the town and they were all overrated and not that good. We came upon silver star and went in to ask - the people were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice, CLEAN, and big and perfect for the whole family. The owners are new and were renovating and the place looked really nice now. I definetly reccomend this place for people looking for affordable and comfertable stay!
