Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. The Shoppers drug mart is west Vancouver's park royal mall is my favorite shoppers of them all. They have the most friendly and helpful customer care. I was recently helped by a very friendly woman who worked in the cosmetic department named Tina, who not only gave me her undivided attention, she answered all my questions about make-up and showed me demonstrations by applying the make-up on me, when I hadn't even bought a thing yet. She also showed me the sales, instead of shoving the most expensive products in my shopping basket and bankrupting me like typical beautician. I left a very happy customer, and now thats the place I'll go when I have questions about cosmetics! Read more
